Yes. We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers. All international orders come with a tracking number and are shipped via reliable courier services.

How long does delivery take?

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging

All tags, stickers, and protective films must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply email us at support@hervewatches.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
My watch arrived damaged — what should I do?
We sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, you can request an exchange within the 14-day return period. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Do you cover return shipping?
We cover return shipping only in the case of defective or incorrect items. For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
